CIS Summit 2020

Bringing Together University & School Perspectives

Leaders from CIS universities and schools across the world have come together three times since April 2019 to consider their shared priorities. In October 2020 they reunited to consider how these priorities might be reset in light of the disruption of education due to COVID-19 and a deepening awareness of the role of international education in a time of financial crisis, nationalism and isolationism. To expand their perspectives, leaders from international assessment and university admission organisations were invited to join the latest discussion.

Our virtual 2020 Summit resulted in a thought paper where we share insights from personal interviews and reflections during the Summit. As a group we also identified 5 collective opportunities and potential actions.
